In my long-time home of Topeka, Kansas, I owned & operated a portrait studio for 13 years.  I photographed the Governor, was official photographer for the Secretary of State for 7 years, was official photographer for the International Treasures of the Czars Exhibit, and photographed the District Court Judges whose portraits are exhibited in the Court House.
I photographed weddings, High School seniors (my favorite), families, children, and individuals.

I moved to Corpus Christi in 2001.  The water, the sky, the colors, the gulls (I hadn’t met Corpus Gus yet),  pelicans – I love it all.   God paints our Coastal skies from early morning to past the last light of day.  We have double sky with the reflections in the water.  We can drive along the bay or across the bridges or through our parks and estuaries and see color and critters and beauty at every angle.  When I lived in Kansas, I longed to wade in the water that brushes the shore.  It is a joy to be in the midst of the beauty of the Coastal Bend.  As a photographer, I have opportunities for beautiful photographs wherever I look.
